The initial assessment is the very first session we need to do in order to customize your training plan. During this session you will have a full consultation, fitness analysis, IN BODY testing, and we will create a goal map. This "map" allows all of us to get an understanding of the time it will take to accomplish your goals based on your consistent weekly activity (this includes activity you do outside of working with your personal fitness trainer). Numbers, however, are a marker for us to establish a baseline for your health and fitness. They are not meant to make anyone feel restricted or bound by their representation.We want to understand your life and how fitness will benefit you as a whole. We look at the time you have to sleep, rest, cook and/or eat out. We look at your mobility, posture, flexibility, strength and endurance. We will also work with your PT or doctor if that is something involved in your plan.Once we get an understanding of your needs and wants then we can understand what elements and modalities to include in your fitness programming as well as make sure to set you up with the right trainer on the BUF Team.This initial assessment is comprehensive in order to set you up for success now and for the long term.As part of your session we will also discuss all the options you have for training plans and the costs involved.
